Order Cancellation We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.  Returns (if applicable) We accept returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.  To be eligible for a return:  The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Notes  If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., a change of mind), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific cost will depend on the shipping company you choose. If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), the consumer is not responsible for the shipping fee. No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.
