Order Cancellation We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.  Returns (if applicable) We accept returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.  To be eligible for a return:  The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
