(About scalding) Please drink carefully when pouring boiling water to avoid scalding. It is not recommended that you fill the cup with overheated boiling water, as the pressure inside the cup is too high, which will cause hot water to spray out from the cup and cause burns
(About gas) Pay attention to avoid violent shaking when filling gas such as carbonated drinks, so as to avoid a large amount of overflow.
(About odors) Everyone has a different sensitivity to odors. It is normal for a brand-new cup to have a little odor. Food-grade plastic silicone parts cannot be completely avoided when they are new. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
