Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. The item must be in its original packaging.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Notes

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., a change of mind), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific cost will depend on the shipping company you choose.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), the consumer is not responsible for the shipping fee.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted.
